Information and documentation — A reference ontology for the interchange of cultural heritage information

ISO 21127:2014 establishes guidelines for the exchange of information between cultural heritage institutions. In simple terms, this can be defined as the information managed by museums, libraries, and archives.

The intended scope of this ISO 21127:2014 is defined as the exchange and integration of heterogeneous scientific documentation relating to museum collections. This definition requires further elaboration.

Media access control layer specification of second generation HiNoC

Recommendation ITU-T J.1611 specifies functional requirements for a smart home gateway from both the hardware and software point of view to ensure secure interoperability among consumers, businesses and industries by delivering a standardized communications platform and allowing devices to communicate across operating systems, service providers, transport technologies or ecosystems. In a smart home solution, a gateway is incorporated to connect various appliances. In addition, a connection management platform based on the Internet of things (IoT) is required to enable various applications. These applicable solutions include home health, entertainment, security and home automation, which promote a safer, happier, as well as a more comfortable and convenient lifestyle.

Short Range Devices (SRD); Ultra Low Power (ULP) wireless medical capsule endoscopy devices operating in the band 430 MHz to 440 MHz; Harmonised Standard for access to radio spectrum

The present document is aiming to cover radio and telecommunications terminal equipment within the scope of the EU's Radio Equipment Directive (RED) [i.2]. The present document specifies conformance requirements for the Ultra Low Power Wireless Medical Capsule Endoscopy SRD application, which includes Capsule Camera (CCam) acting as transmitter and associated Data Recorder (DR) receiver devices, as meant by ETSI TR 103 451 [i.3]. The CCam is designed to wirelessly transmit recorded images from inside patient's gastrointestinal tract to the DR receiver, utilizing a single wideband radio channel occupying the entire designated band 430 MHz to 440 MHz. It is intended that this band will be harmonised for European-wide usage by Ultra Low Power Wireless Medical Endoscopy application through relevant CEPT and EU normative documents in the field of SRD spectrum regulation, such as CEPT/ERC/REC 70-03

Standard for Vehicle to Vehicle Communications for Unmanned Aircraft Systems

Vehicle to Vehicle Communications (V2V) standard for Unmanned Aircraft Systems defines the protocol for exchanging information between the vehicles. The information exchange will facilitate beyond line of sight (BLOS) and beyond radio line of sight (BRLOS) communications. The information exchanged between the aircraft may be for the purpose of command, control, and navigation or for any application specific purpose.

IEEE Standard for Local and metropolitan area networks-Virtual Bridged Local Area Networks-Bridge Port Extension

This standard specifies the operation of Bridge Port Extenders, including management, protocols, and algorithms. Bridge Port Extenders operate in support of the MAC Service by Extended Bridges.

IEEE Standard for Local and metropolitan area networks-Bridges and Bridged Networks

This standard specifies how the Media Access Control (MAC) Service is supported by Bridged Networks, the principles of operation of those networks, and the operation of MAC Bridges and VLAN Bridges, including management, protocols, and algorithms.
