Abstract
Energy Aware Networking adapt performances and power consumption according to traffic load. Actual energy efficiency measurement procedures are unsuitable to determines the equipmentâ€(TM)s ability to adapt performances and power consumption to traffic load needs, hence a novel measurement method is required.
